Access to your accommodation
If you are unable to retrieve the code in electronic form on the day of arrival, you will also receive the code on site - either someone from us is present or you contact us by telephone or at the entrance via the intercom with the office bell button. When communicating the entrance code via the intercom or telephone, please have your booking number ready for our enquiry.
As soon as you have the entrance code, you can check in at any time from 16:00 by entering the 5-digit number/character code at the front door and then at the apartment entrance door.
The code is activated for your access during your stay.
Arrival by train
Arrive comfortably and environmentally friendly by train.
With the train your holiday begins already during the journey. Arrive relaxed in Tyrol without traffic jams and stress. The trains of the Austrian Railways, the Swiss Federal Railways and the German Railways will bring you cheap, fast and relaxed to the heart of the Alps. No traffic jams! - no vignettes! - no high fuel prices!

You also have the option of travelling to Tyrol in a relaxed way by Nightjet, with car and motorbike transport if required. You can find further information on the ÖBB nightjet website. In the ÖBB trains there are a number of possibilities to take your bike with you.

The last miles from the station
For the last few miles from the station, you have several options.
...with the station shuttle (Four Seasons Travel Railway Station Transfer)
...by public transport (public buses including the Zillertalbahn)
...by taxi (TaxiAPP Tirol)
Mobile on site
The Zillertal Railway, a further network of public transport and ski buses as well as numerous taxi companies are available in the surrounding area. The use of the ski buses is free of charge with your valid ski pass.
If you don't want to do without a vehicle on site, then use Rail & Drive at Innsbruck railway station (ÖBB service).
From Innsbruck you can also book rental cars from other providers. You can travel between the station and the car rental locations by taxi or public transport (IVB).

Arrival with your own vehicle
Arrival via the Inntal motorway A12 - motorway exit Kramsach
Inntalautobahn A12 (ATTENTION: Vignette mandatory) Motorway exit Kramsach. Via Brixlegg on the B 171 to Bruck am Ziller (approx. 7.5 km from the Kramsach motorway exit) shortly after the village of St. Gertraudi (opposite VW Autohaus Strasser) turn onto the L 294 towards the valley. Once in Bruck, drive through the local area until you reach the Imming district. At the first junction in Imming turn left and after approx. 30 metres at the next junction (Wasserbrunnen) turn left again towards Eberleiten. Follow the road all the way up to the highest house on the edge of the forest.
Tip: On traffic-intensive Saturdays we recommend to use the motorway exit Kramsach on arrival to avoid unnecessary traffic jams - By showing a booking confirmation for an apartment in Bruck im Haus Gigl you will be let through at the turn-off to the L 294 valley inwards to Bruck am Ziller at possible tourism-induced road blocks.
Arrival via the Inntal motorway A12 - motorway exit Zillertal
Inntalautobahn A12 (ATTENTION: Vignette required) Motorway exit Zillertal. Take the federal road (B 169) through the tunnel in the direction of Schlitters - turn right after the Avia petrol station and immediately left again in the direction of Schlitters/Bruck am Ziller - turn left in the centre of Schlitters in the direction of Bruck am Ziller - take the road to Bruck to Imming (approx. 1.5km). Turn right at the first junction in Imming and after approx. 30 metres turn left at the next junction (water well) towards Eberleiten. Follow the road all the way up to the highest house on the edge of the forest.

Arrival by plane
With the flight arrival the vacation already begins at home, traffic jams at the junctions are no longer relevant, time buffers do not have to be included any more. From the destination airports of Innsbruck, Salzburg or Munich, the reliable Four Seasons airport shuttle service takes you safely and comfortably to the Zillertal.
With the options described above, you can also stay mobile on site.
The airports of Innsbruck (50 km), Munich (170 km) and Salzburg (150 km) are in the immediate vicinity of the Zillertal and are directly connected to destinations throughout Europe by daily scheduled flights.
